Commercial role
In its current maritime chartering engagements, SUJUD generally acts as a commercial intermediary or coordinator. Unless expressly agreed and appropriately authorised, it does not act as a vessel owner, operator or principal charterer. Website communications do not authorise SUJUD or another person to bind a third-party principal. These Website Terms do not amend or supersede the rights and obligations of parties under any separately concluded and legally enforceable mandate, confidentiality agreement, non-circumvention agreement, brokerage agreement or other commercial contract.

Prospective counterparties are responsible for appropriate independent checks and for obtaining professional advice before entering into commitments. Any transaction is subject to verification, agreement and applicable law.
